The stakeholders on CUBE, can also view the drawings, BIM models and other documents on cloud. The project owner can identify, mark and assign design-related issues to the consultants and send transmittals through CUBE. Further, the project owners can also use the digital twin and the Asset management features and manage their Built assets through CUBE.

General Contractors

CUBE allows General contractors to manage the construction documents and other project-related data on the cloud. The 2D CAD & 3D BIM viewers allow GCs to visualize and understand the design intent thoroughly to execute the construction works efficiently on site. The 4D BIM capabilities of CUBE allow the GCs to study the planned schedules through visual simulations, monitor project progress & compare them with planned schedules. They can also carry out automated clash detections on the cloud to identify issues in the designs of various disciplines. They can also mark issues and share them as transmittals to the design consultants. CUBE also allows you to customize your internal and external approval workflows as per organization & project standards and can be tailored to your requirements. The project managers can also access the 4D & 5D BIM functionalities to manage and monitor the digitally through CUBE.

Design Consultants

CUBE allows design consultants to manage, organize and share their drawings, BIM models, design specifications etc., to their various departments, teams and stakeholders on the cloud. The platform also lets you create internal private spaces based on how your teams are formed. Design consultants can also utilize the Advanced viewer to view and coordinate their designs, carry out automated clash detections, mark comments and approve the files on the cloud.
